Never, our games are always free and unlimited! The event host pays our rental fee so the only thing your guests need to do is…HAVE FUN! We believe entertainment should bring people together—not require them to pull out their wallet.

Hoop Greensboro isn’t just another rental—it’s where your event becomes the main event! We provide professional set up for 4 arcade basketball games that is excellent entertainment for kids, teens, and adults. Who doesn’t love something free and fun with a little friendly competition too.

What areas do you travel to?

Greensboro, Burlington, & High Point are our big 3 cities. We will go anywhere in Guilford County, Alamance County, Rockingham County, and Randolph County. We will also travel to Winston Salem.

What is the rental rate?

The rental rate is $250 for 2 hours or $400 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $100.

Do you deliver the mobile arcade to any location?

Yes, we deliver the trailer anywhere you'd like. For locations beyond a 20-mile radius, we charge $2 per mile. The trailer is 10’ tall, 8.5’ wide and 18’ long. We recommend a flat area 30 feet long by 15 feet wide with 11 feet clearance.

What is included in the basic rental package?

The basic rental package includes our custom-built mobile arcade featuring four basketball games. Delivery up to 20 miles, set up, and clean up are all included in the price as well.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The other 50% is due within 7 days of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made within a certain period prior to the event may incur a surrender of your deposit.

Can the mobile arcade be set up indoors?

Yes, our mobile arcade can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there is enough space and access for the trailer.

How much space is needed for the mobile arcade?

The trailer is 10’ tall, 8.5’ wide and 18’ long. We recommend a flat area 30 feet long by 15 feet wide with 11 feet clearance.

Do you provide staff to manage the arcade during the event?

We typically arrive to your event 15 minutes early to get set up. Our staff will go over the games and the trailer with you and answer any questions you may have. Then we leave the event and come back at the end of your party. The games and trailer don’t require any supervision so we are confident everything will be just fine. For large events, a staffing fee of $25/hour may apply.

What if I need additional hours beyond the initial booking?

Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. It's best to arrange this in advance, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute extensions depending on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. We will also accept cash or a check. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

Is there an age limit for playing the arcade games?

Our arcade games are suitable for all ages, but we recommend adult supervision for younger children to ensure safety. We found 6 years and up is the sweet spot.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Hoop Greensboro will be there rain or shine! Rain doesn’t always mean your event is canceled. The trailer provides overhead protection while guests play. If severe weather makes your event unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Absolutely! Hoop Greensboro is perfect for corporate events, team-building activities, company picnics, and more.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons.

We do! We are officially “Patent Pending” and have filed with the USPTO agency. Our design patent keeps our idea safe from others encroaching and stealing it but also allows us to operate safely in this space.
